Hi Everyone,

Looking for Hard Cover Book Donations for our Competitive Company Production “Wicked”: We are in need of a lots of Hard Cover Book Donations for part of production this year.  (We need about 75 more!)  If you have any that meet the specifications listed below, please send them with your dancer(s).
-Some of the books may get damaged during rehearsal so families should not expect to get their book(s) back at the end of the season.
-Must be hard covered and in decent condition, but does not need to be perfect
-Must be between approximately 5x7 and 8x10 in dimension with a width between approximately 1-2 inches.   Any variation of these measurements is fine, but it can't be a lot smaller, larger or wider.  
-It doesn't matter the subject matter or cover/spine/back color.  We will be covering all of them to match.
-The pages must be natural white or off-white and can not be colored.  We will be seeing the outside of the pages, so it doesn't matter if the inside is printed in black/white or color.

Recreational Class Measurements: We are taking measurements in class for all recreational classes this week. There isn’t anything that needs to be done by families, but we wanted everyone to know that this task will be completed by WBDC Staff.

Fall/Spring 2026/27: Classes are available for Recreational Classes.

A Very WBDC Disney Christmas: WBDC dancers and staff have been working hard for 9 months preparing a custom 25 minute show that they will performing in Walt Disney World, FL at 3:00pm on 12/4. We are having TWO Minnesota shows! 11/22 is our Community Show at 3:00pm (doors open at 2:30pm). Please pass on the word to any church, school, company, clubs or organizations that would like to bring a group of people! Please email info@whitebeardancecenter.com to reserve seating for the Community Show. 11/22 is also our Friends and Family Show at 4:45pm (doors open at 4:15pm). We would love to see all of WBDC and their friends and family attend to make a wonderful audience for our dancers. This show is general seating. It is a high energy show perfect for all ages and a wonderful way to kick-off the Holiday Season! Both shows are FREE ADMISSION but if anyone is feeling in the “Holiday Spirit we will be accepting cash donations at the door to go directly to WBDC’s Adaptive Dance Program. Both shows are locating at Central Auditorium, 4857 Bloom Ave White Bear Lake, MN 5510, and a shareable graphic for either show can be found on WBDC’s homepage. Please help us spread the word about the Minnesota Performances of “A Very WBDC Disney Christmas” 2026!

Student Rehearsal Availability: Student Rehearsal availability is open for online booking through 11/21.

Extra Rehearsals/Adjusted Class Time Length: “How” Small Group No Class 11/3, “Cell Block Tango” Small Group 11/7 5:00-6:30pm, “You Stole The Show” Small Group 11/7 6:30-8:00pm, Hip Hop Company 2 11/7 Adjusted Class Length 2:30-3:30pm and 11/8 1:00-2:00pm, “Move” Small Group 11/8 10:30-11:15am, “New Girl In Town” Small Group 11/8 11:15-12:00pm, PreTeen Company Tap 11/8 12:00-1:00pm, Hip Hop Company 3 No Class 11/7 and 11/8 2:00-3:00pm and Senior Company Tap 11/8 3:00-4:00pm.

Company Secret Santa: Classes will be filling out Company Secret Santa info forms in class this week. This will be sent home with dancers 11/19 Intermediate/Elite, 11/23 Petite/Junior/PreTeen/Teen/Senior and 11/25 Mini. The majority of dancers in Hip Hop Companies already participate in an additional company so we will be skipping Secret Santa in these companies. Dancers should bring their Secret Santa gift to their Holiday Party.
