Want to fundraise to help cover the costs of dance?
WBDC Booster Club, Inc is organized exclusively for charitable purposes as defined in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. The purpose of the Club includes raising funds and purchasing goods or services to be used exclusively by students and families enrolled at White Bear Dance Center or providing volunteers for program activities. WBDC Booster Club, Inc is a subordinate non-profit entity of Parent Booster USA.
This is for ALL WBDC dancers, NOT just Company dancers!

The Booster Club's Annual Used Dancewear Sale
WHAT: An informal dancewear "garage sale". Sell 1 pair of shoes or a whole bag of dance items!

WHEN:
WBL LOCATION: September 21st - 24th | 5-7:30PM
VH LOCATION: September 28th - October 1st | 5-7:30PM
DROP OFF @ WBL: Begins Sept.21st @ 3:30 WBL (Sorry, we have nowhere to store the items until the sale starts.)
You may continue to drop off items throughout the week during sale hours although you will sell more the earlier you drop! DROP OFF AT WBL LOCATION ONLY
You will be asked to put your sale items into the correct size locations, please plan accordingly. Size locations will be clearly labeled to make this process as smooth as possible.
PICK UP @ VH: You must pick up unsold items on October 1st 7:30-8:30PM VH LOCATION.
After that timeframe, ALL Items not picked up WILL BE DONATED. NO EXCEPTIONS!
WHO: All WBDC Dancers are welcome to put items in. Anyone can shop!!
DETAILS: Used dance clothes sale, similar to a garage sale.
Allowed items: leotards, (NEW) dance tights, booty shorts, bra tops, dance pants, dance clothing (WBDC apparel is usually a hit!), dance shoes and dance accessories.
NO COSTUMES!!!
NO STREET CLOTHES THAT ARE NOT INTENDED FOR DANCE CLASS (competition and WBDC apparel is allowed)
All of your items need to be priced and marked with your dancer's name, FIRST INITIAL & LAST NAME REQUIRED, along with the size of the item and please label it ADULT or YOUTH accordingly.
You will get back 90% of the sales you make, this will show up on your dance account within 2 weeks of the sale concluding. This sale has 2 leads. The 10% will go to the leads and the volunteers that make this sale a success.
Anything not marked or with a lost tag will have the sale go to the booster general fund.
Don't want to tag?? Drop off and donate your used items to the Booster Club for us to tag and all proceeds will go to the Booster Club general fund.

If your dancer(s) opt to stop dancing at WBDC or are a graduating senior, all earnings must be utilized by the end of the current month (opting to stop dancing) or end of the current season (May or end of Nationals for graduating senior). Any extra earnings in a family's account will be moved to Booster Club general fund and cannot be given back to the family in cash.
