Hi Everyone,

BIG Thank you to all of the families that came out and participated in Marketfest and Parade! We appreciate all of the support at these two events and especially for just “going with it” to have such incredible attendance for parade with the stormy weather. We are so proud of everyone, had such a wonderful time at both events and truly can’t thank everyone enough!

Summer Dance 2026: July/August 5-Week Recreational Session, Re-Designed Flexibility/Yoga Block Class, Ballet/Jazz Technique Program, August Acro Extravaganzas, 5-Week Adaptive Program, Workshop Classes including Hip Hop with Trey Barber and Classical Ballet “Nutcracker”, “Swan Lake” & “Coppelia”, Pre-Pointe, Pointe and Level 2 Company Audition Program all can be found HERE!

Summer Camps 2026: WOW! Our summer camps began so strong last week! Exceeded expectations! Next one is “Candyland” 6/29! These are themed camps for ages 3-12! “Frozen Arendelle Festival”, “TuTus & Tiaras”, “Lights, Camera, Action”, “Out Of This World”, “Squishmallow Extravaganza” and “Paw Patrol” come up later this summer! June Intensive and Beginning of Nationals Rehearsals begins THIS WEEK! Please check your DSP account for all details, including re-block rehearsals for some companies and small groups. We are so excited!!!! Busy, fun week!!!!!!

Groove Nationals Parent Battle FINAL deadline: Who will be the best “WBDC Swan”? Email was sent out with all of the details! We FOR SURE are doing it, but want to make sure that everyone is involved that would like to be! Sign-up deadline (email info@whitebeardancecenter.com) is Monday 6/22!

Groove Nationals CAMP WBDC T-shirts-DEADLINE THIS Thursday: The theme day at Groove is “Summer Camp”. We are still waiting to see WHICH day is the official theme day, but you can wear the cool shirt multiple days! They are a black T-Shirt ranging in sizes from onesie, toddler, youth and adult sizes through 5X. We will have youth sizes (S, M, L and XL) and adult sizes (XS, S, M, L, XL, 2XL and 3XL) for demo/sizing available to try on at WBDC-WBL front desk beginning Monday 6/8. We will be taking orders from Monday 6/8-Thursday 6/25. They are $25 and payment is due at the time of ordering. If you want a onesie size, options to order are 0-3, 3-6, 6-12, 12-18 and 18-24. If you want a toddler size, options to order are 2T, 3T, 4T and 5T. Families are welcome to order Adult 4XL or 5XL shirts, we just don’t have those, along with the infant and toddler sizes as a trial/demo. Shirts will be available to pick up at WBDC’s front desk 7/6-7/9 during Nationals Rehearsals. Click here for all of the nationals information which includes a picture of the design.

Company Summer Audition Program 2026-27: All dancers registered for the full summer audition program now have the Company Recommendation Skill Information or Rehearsal Video available in their DSP accounts.

Solos, Duets, Trios and Small Groups for the 2026-27: So many details go into the casting/selection of these things and it is done throughout the summer audition program by WBDC staff. However, all families are welcome to email info@whitebeardancecenter.com by June 21st, 2026 with their requests, thoughts or additional information.

WBDC Adaptive Dance Friends Application for the 2026-27: We are looking for positive, patient, kind and out-going dancers, ages 12 and up, that are looking to volunteer their time. Applications are being accepted for the 2026-27 season. Please click HERE to apply!
