Advil/Tylenol: WBDC will not have any kind of pill medication available at either WBL or VH in any studios or front desk. Dancers are welcome to have items in their bags and it will be up to each individual family to monitor what their dancer(s) consume.
WBDC Valentines Week: We will be celebrating Valentine’s Day in classes Sunday 2/8 - Saturday 2/14! Dancers are welcome to bring a Valentine to hand out to the dancers in their dance class. This is not required. If your dancer would like to participate, next to each class listed below is the number of dancers to help with planning on how many valentines to bring. 2/21-2/22 Company Dress Rehearsal Weekend: HERE all company dancers can find the schedule for Company Dress Rehearsal Weekend, 2026 Company Accessory List, Costume information Sheet and a link to the WBDC Company Hair/Make-up tutorial and more information about this exciting weekend. Please remember that all Saturday classes are canceled this week, except 6 Week Winter First Steps and 6 Week Winter Princess Ballet.

Competitive Company Dancers:
Student Rehearsal Reminders: We are having some challenges with student rehearsals. Please see below for some specific reminders. We need everyone to adhere to the guidelines/expectations or dancers will not be able to sign out studio space in the future.
1. We understand things come up, but the canceling of booked slots is getting crazy. All families need to notate a reason for canceling their time slots and excessive booking/canceling/not utilizing space will result in a the loss of a dancer’s ability to book future slots.
2. Food and beverages, other than water, can not be consumed inside of studios and must be kept in lobby/hallway.
3. Unless rehearsing a duet or trio, dancers are not allowed to rehearse in groups without or without parents present. If a designated small group or company wants to rehearse together, they must get prior approval from Katie or Jenny. Dancers in a duet/trio should rehearse together for the one piece and then have individual checked out studio space for solos and other private rehearsal time. Rehearsing is not a group activity and not a social time for both children or adults.
4. Please be mindful of adjusting thermostats, moving acro mats and or props. All areas/items need to be returned to how they were found and all personal items must be taken from studios, including all jewelry.
Solo/Duet/Trio Extra Rhinestones: All families that elected to rhinestone costumes, must return all extra rhinestones back to the front desk as soon as possible.
Company Adjusted Schedules for the weeks leading up to Dress Rehearsal, all Competition Weekends and Nationals Rehearsals June/July: Schedules have been created for all of these weeks, including optional competitions. Physical copies will be posted at both WBL and VH and will now appear in all dancer’s DSP accounts.
Solo/Duet/Trios: All Private lessons on the weeks between the adjusted weeks have all been entered into DSP calendars and financial information can be seen in your comments/transactions. Please email info@whitebeardancecenter.com if you do not see a lesson on your calendar that should be there!

Studio Rehearsal Space: Student Rehearsal Space is available through 3/7/26. Please make sure to have signed the 2025-26 waiver before your student rehearsal. After the waiver is signed, we can activate your 2025-26 door code.
