“WBDC’s Disney Beach Ball”, “WBDC Rocks”, “WBDC’s Winter Wonderland”, “WBDC’s Ugly Sweater Party” and “WBDC’s Holiday Magic” were all incredible shows and now we are excited to begin the process of creating our WBDC Disney Experience 2026 “A Very WBDC Disney Christmas”! The Disney Experience creates a custom 25 minute show with dancers ages 7 and up, performs Minnesota shows, a show in Walt Disney World and have traveled with over 375 people in past experiences. We provide group hotel and ticket options, but families are welcome to plan most of their own vacation details.
Dancer Eligibility:
Dancers must be between the ages of 7 (by 12/1/25) through 18 and must be enrolled in classes at WBDC. Dancers must stay enrolled in classes through December 2026. Dancers are separated from their families for over 5 hours during performance opportunities in Walt Disney World, FL. This program is open to all recreational and company dancers.
Itinerary:
These are the dates and events that all Disney Performance Dancers or families are required to attend. The rest of the time can be planned by individual families to enjoy their Walt Disney World Vacation. Arrival and Departure dates from Florida, as well as transportation methods, are also at the discretion of each individual family.
1. All rehearsals (Feb 2026-August 2026) are very important, but Disney Camp 2026 7/27-7/30, Sunday 9/13 and Sunday 10/25 are mandatory.
2. Sunday, November 22nd, 2026 will be the Minnesota Family Showing and a Community Celebration Performance of “A Very WBDC Disney Christmas” 2026. This will be two separate performances. More information, location and times available in early 2026.
3. Monday, November 23rd, 2026 5:30-8:00pm is the Disney Costume Drop Off at WBDC-WBL.
3. Thursday, December 3rd, 2026 5:00-6:00pm is the mandatory rehearsal at Disney’s Port Orleans-French Quarter Resort. No exceptions. Rehearsal will begin promptly at 5:00pm, please plan to arrive by 4:45pm. This will be the final rehearsal. All dancers need to be wearing tennis shoes. All dancers will receive their costumes at this rehearsal.
4. Either Friday, December 4th, 2026 or Saturday, December 5th, 2026 will be a Performance at Disney Springs.
**Show Time is determined by Walt Disney World Entertainment 2 weeks in advance.**
Accommodations:
Family and friends can choose to stay anywhere they would like in Florida.
These are options at a discounted group rate for Walt Disney World Property. Disney’s Port Orleans-French Quarter will be the meeting location for rehearsal and performance days. Although you can get anywhere using Disney transportation, there is no direct transportation from Pop Century to French Quarter.
Our tentative room block range runs from 12/1 through 12/11. We will be confirming these dates in December 2025 and if anything changes we will reach out directly to any families that need to change plans.
Option 1: Disney’s Port Orleans-French Quarter Resort (sleeps 4) $332 (including tax)/night
Option 2: Disney’s Pop Century Resort (sleeps 4) $270 (including tax)/night
Option 3: Choose alternate accommodations for your family and make all reservations on your own.
***Most likely these prices will not change, but we cannot actually confirm them until we put down our deposit in December.
***For those who traveled with us before, Disney’s Port Orleans-French Quarter (the 2026 Option) is right next to Disney’s Port Orleans-Riverside (the 2023 Option) on the river. The same boat will stop there to take you to Disney Springs where the dancers will have their performance. It is the resort with the “Good Beignets”!
Dancer Package:
Each dancer, age 7-18, must purchase a Dancer Package for $985. This will include all costumes (minus shoes, tights, jewelry that are standard in WBDC programs), props, luxury motor coach transportation for Walt Disney World performance day, all rehearsals (Feb-Dec), Disney Camp, 25 minute custom choreographed show, 3 performances, audition/application/shipping fees, and custom “A Very WBDC Disney Christmas” apparel.
Theme Park Tickets:
Everyone traveling with WBDC may purchase a theme park ticket at the discounted group pricing. All Dancers MUST purchase a theme park ticket as part of Disney’s requirements for performing. Admission is free for children under 3, but everyone else needs their own theme park ticket. The performance area is located at Disney Springs and this is a non-ticketed area, but all Dancers have to purchase a ticket to participate in the program. We do recommend planning a day that does not have a WBDC event to enjoy the Walt Disney World theme parks to the fullest. Please be sure to visit Walt Disney World’s website to learn about current park reservations, park hopping and other details about the various tickets. The below prices do include tax.
Ticket types:
1. Starter Pack Tickets include 1 park per day.
2. Park Hopper Tickets are valid for admission to one or more of the four Walt Disney World Theme Parks for each day of the Ticket (with the freedom to visit multiple parks on the same day).
3. Premium Tickets include the Park Hopper Option and Water Park and Sports Option. The Water Park and Sports Option includes Plus Visits to additional locations listed below at the Walt Disney World Resort. The number of Plus Visits granted is equal to the number of days included in the ticket package purchased. Example: If a guest purchases a 3-Day Premium Ticket, they will be entitled three (3) Plus Visits.
Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park
Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park
One round of miniature golf at either Disney’s Fantasia Gardens Miniature Golf Course or Disney’s Winter Summerland Miniature Golf Course. Round must start before 4:00 PM. Only 1 Plus Visit may be used at either such Miniature Golf Course on any one day. Accordingly, if a Plus Visit is used at either such Miniature Golf Course on any day, another Plus Visit may not be used at that same Miniature Golf Course or at the other Miniature Golf Course on that same day.

Payments may be made at the front desk or online through a WBDC account. Family members traveling with WBDC, but that do not have a WBDC dancer will receive their own WBDC sign-on to their own account to be able to make online payments after registration. Any family that wants automatic payments set up for their Disney payments must use the credit card saved on file that is utilized for regular WBDC payments. Anyone wishing to use a different form of payment should not opt for autopay and should sign-in to their account to make Disney Payments. WBDC can only store/utilize 1 credit card at a time. Individual users can change between cards as many times as they wish. Late payments on Disney Payments may result in cancellation of trip with no refunds.
Booster Club earned funds can be used to pay for Disney, but they can not be “saved” for future Disney payments and not applied yet. They must always pay something off (current or future) or be utilized towards the next charge on a family’s account. Please see Jenny, Katie or Sarah with any questions.
