General Information
Tickets:
Tickets will go on sale Tuesday, May 5th at 12:00pm. A link to online sales will be available here once ticket sales are open. Tickets are $20 and there is a $2.00 service fee through Tututix. Ticket sales will run online until the start time of each show or a show sells out. Will there be tickets available for sale at the door? Sure, if seats are available and someone wants to purchase a ticket through the link listed above on their phone using a credit card! :-). There is no lap seating for children over age 4.
Please note that we will only be utilizing the main floor entrances to the theater, not the second floor entrances. Therefore, anyone choosing seats in the upper area will need to be able to use the stairs inside the theater.
Dancers will participate in a final curtain bow at the end of each show. Families may pick their dancers up in the dressing areas (where they will be checked in at call time) after each show. Please see Arrival/Departure details below.
Moms/Dads Line: Please be sure to purchase a ticket with your family/friends if you wish to view the show. There isn’t any backstage viewing.
Admission to Show #2 is complimentary.

Arrival/Departure for Dancers:
Please use the Main Entrance (Door A) and follow signage/WBDC staff members directing all families to check in by the band room. All dancers should be picked up at the band room following all shows. More details listed below for each class. Optional Tippy Toes, Stage Debut and Adaptive Dance classes have different directions for arrival and/or departure. Please see your class for the details.
Audience Arrival/Departure:
All audience members should enter through the Main Entrance (Door A) and the theater is to the right. All parking lots are a great option, except Division Lot 5. This small parking lot will be closed to the public and doors EE, FF and GG are not options for entry. Doors will open 30 minutes before showtimes. Recital flowers and Special Recital Plush will be available for sale before, during intermission (Show #4 is the only show with an intermission) and after each show. Please note that we will only be utilizing the main floor entrances to the theater, not the second floor entrances. Dress Rehearsal:
All dress rehearsals will be held at WBDC-WBL. All recreational dancers should practice full hair, make-up, tights, shoes and costume. Dancers should arrive in their first, or in some cases only, costume 20 minutes before their first dance. Please see your dancer’s class below for details. Dancers will be using Studio 3 for performance and Studios 1 and 2 as a dressing area. Moms/Dads Line with kids, do have a full dress rehearsal at the theater on 5/30 at 8:50am. Production will have a rehearsal on stage at 8:30am on 5/30. Dancers need to be on stage warming-up by 8:15am. Dancers should be in 2026 recital t-shirt, black shorts and normal production freeforms/tap shoes NOT production costumes.
Recital Video Purchase:
Every family will receive a link to the performance(s) of their dancers. Please watch your email in the weeks following the completion of WBDC’s recital weekend for downloading instructions and information.
Any family or friends that would also like a copy of a show, other than their main performance show, may email info@whitebeardancecenter.com to purchase any show for $45.
Photos/Video During Performances: There is NO VIDEOTAPING during any performances. Photos are welcome, but no flash photography.

Tippy Toes Wednesday Optional Performance-Gretchen

Recital Performance: Show #2 5/30 1:45pm Dancers are welcomed into the main seating area at 1:30pm with their families. They will meet their Adaptive Dance Friends in this area. Adaptive Dance Friends should plan to arrive at 1:15pm.
We will be inviting all dancers and friends on stage after the show for a quick photo opportunity!

All other current 2025-26 company dancers of all ages should find a seat in the audience to enjoy the show. Rehearsal: Production will have a rehearsal on stage at 8:30am on 5/30. Dancers need to be on stage warming-up by 8:15am. Dancers should be in 2026 recital t-shirt, black shorts and normal production freeforms/tap shoes, NOT production costumes.
Show #1 5/30 11:00am Please use the main entrance to the school and follow signage/WBDC staff members directing all families to check in by the band room. Dancers should be checked in by 10:40am. Dancers will be part of the curtain call at the end of the show in their production costume. Immediately following the show. an adult family member should meet them at the same location as check-in.
Show #3 5/30 4:45pm Please use the main entrance to the school and follow signage/WBDC staff members directing all families to check in by the band room. Dancers should be checked in by 4:15pm. Dancers should plan to arrive in their production costume. Dancers will be part of the finale at the end of the show in their 2026 recital t-shirt and black shorts. Immediately following the show, an adult family member should meet them at the same location as check-in.

Dress Rehearsal: 5/30 8:50am Moms/Dads Line with kids in full costume for everyone. We will walk through the location of the meeting spots for all shows at dress rehearsal.
Recital Performances:
Show #1 5/30 11:00am Moms, Dads and kids not performing otherwise in this show will want to meet in the hallway by the band room 2 dances before “The Greatest WBDC Hoedown”. Moms/Dads are the last performance before curtain call in the show. Moms, Dads & Kids will participate in the curtain call from stage.
Show #3 5/30 4:45pm Moms, Dads and kids not performing otherwise in this show will want to meet in the hallway by the band room 2 dances before “The Greatest WBDC Hoedown”. Moms/Dads are the last performance before intermission. Moms and Dads will not participate in Finale, but all kids will! All recreational kid dancers will line up with Intermediate Company for finale.
