Aaliyah Acker
Show #1: Please check in at the Band Room Dressing Room at 10:10am with Gretchen Biehn. You will be helping with Age 3/4 Classes as they arrive, helping with the Tap Boards for Production backstage, as well as being an instructor. Please stay with the Age 3/4 Classes until Production is about to start. We will show you where to stand backstage with the Tap Board before the show starts. After Production is over, please be an instructor, stay with your classes backstage and help in the dressing room as needed. Please help Gretchen with presetting the dressing room for Show 3.
2:30pm-3:00pm: Please be at the Band Room Dressing Room to help guide dancers/families that would like to put their things in the dressing room for Show 3. The dressing room will be locked from 3:00pm-4:00pm. Please make sure to remind families of that and make sure everyone is out of there by 3:00pm.
Show #3: Please check in at the Band Room Dressing Room at 3:55pm with Gretchen. You will be helping with dancer check in, helping with the Tap Boards for Production backstage, as well as Junior Company. Please help with check in and then do the same thing you did for Show 1 for the Tap Boards. After Production, please stay with Junior Company the entire show and help with costume changes. Please help other classes as well in the dressing as needed. Make sure all dancers are picked up and have their things at the end of the show. Please help with cleaning and taking down the dressing room, front of the house, etc.

Please stay with Mini Company until the show starts and Production takes the stage. Once Production is over, you will help pick up the Production hats that get thrown into the audience and bring them back to the dancers. Once that is done, please stay with Mini Company, help with costume changes, bathroom breaks, and go backstage with them for their dances and finale. Once the show is over, please help make sure dancers have all the items they came with and everyone has been picked up by their parent. Dancers in the Stage Debut class will be picked up from the dressing room by a parent immediately following their performance. Once all dancers are picked up, please go to the Age K/1 class area and find Brooke Blaschka. She will meet the dancer you will be helping with Quick Changes while you are helping the Stage Debut Class. The dancer you will be helping is Tatum. Other than stepping away for Moms Line, please stay with the K/1 classes backstage if needed and stay with them during Curtain Call. Once the show is over, please help make sure dancers have all the items they came with, everyone has been picked up by their parent, and your area is picked up in the Band Room Dressing Room before checking out with Gretchen.

Show #1: Please check in at the Band Room Dressing Room at 10:15am with Gretchen. You will be helping the Optional Tippy Toes Class first, collecting Production hats, and then with an Age 3/4 Quick Change dancer. Please stay with the Tippy Toes class until the show starts and Production takes the stage. Once Production is over, you will help pick up the Production hats that get thrown into the audience and bring them back to the dancers. Once that is done, please stay with the Tippy Toes class until all dancers are picked up (immediately following their performance.) Once all dancers are picked up, please go to the Age 3/4 class area and find Sarah Shaw. She will meet the dancer you will be helping with Quick Changes while you are helping the Tippy Toes Class. The dancer you will be helping is Sutton. Please walk with the 3/4 classes backstage, if needed, and stay with them during Curtain Call. Once the show is over, please help make sure dancers have all the items they came with, everyone has been picked up by their parent, and your area is picked up in the Band Room Dressing Room before checking out with Gretchen.

Please make sure no one comes in that shouldn’t be there, and no one leaves without their adult. Rachael Stafki will come to cover your position after the Tippy Toes/Stage Debut dancers have been picked up so that you can go and help Lily with her wig. Please stay through the show and make sure all dancers have been picked up, signed out, and all items are out of the dressing room. Please help with presetting the dressing room for Show 3.

You will be helping Check In dancers, helping with the Tap Boards for Production backstage, as well as being the runner and lining classes up to go onstage. Please help with Check In until Production is about to start. We will show you where to stand backstage with the Tap Board before the show starts. After Production is over, please help line up classes. After the Show, help make sure dancers have all gone with parents, all items are removed from the dressing room and then help Gretchen with presetting the dressing room for Show 3.
Show #2: The Dressing Room will be closed during this show and you will run the Adaptive Recital.
Show #3: Please check in at the Band Room Dressing Room at 3:55pm with Gretchen. You will be helping with dancer Check In, helping with the Tap Boards for Production backstage, as well as Senior Company. Please help with check in and then do the same thing you did for Show 1 for the Tap Boards. After Production, please stay with Senior Company the entire show and help with costume changes. Please help other classes as well as needed. Please make sure dancers have picked up the Green Room and have all their items at the end of the show. Please help with cleaning and taking down the dressing room, front of the house, etc.

Dancers in the Tippy Toes class will be picked up from the dressing room by a parent immediately following their performance. Once all dancers have been picked up, please take over the Dressing Room Door position from Hailey and monitor who is coming in and out. Please make sure Hailey is back before you leave to line up for Moms Line. At the end of the show, please help Hailey with dancer check out and picking up the Band Room Dressing Room before checking out with Gretchen.
